河北省贫困地区精准扶贫现状调查

Accurate poverty alleviation in poor areas in Hebei province

基于河北省的扶贫开发工作,以保定、张家口、承德三地为主要调查区域,通过调查发现河北省贫困地区的基本现状,分析贫困地区致贫主因及发现精准扶贫过程中存在的问题,并从扶贫制度的制定、贫困地区基础设施建设和科技创新等方面提出相应对策建议。

Based on the poverty alleviation and development in Hebei,taking Baoding,Zhangjiakou and Chengde as the main survey areas,this paper investigates the basic status quo of poverty-stricken areas in Hebei,analyzes the main causes of poverty in poverty-stricken areas and finds the problems existing in the process of precise poverty alleviation.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed from the aspects of the establishment of poverty alleviation system,infrastructure construction in poor areas and scientific and technological innovation.
