我国老年教育发展存在的问题及对策

Problems and solutions to the development of Chinese aged education

老年教育问题是当前社会关注的热点。老年教育应以满足老年人的精神文化生活需求为目的,保障老年人享有终身教育的权利,以促进老年群体的全面发展。我国的老年教育面临着体制机制不健全、教育教学资源匮乏、教学质量无保障、教育目标难以实现等问题。为此,应从依法发展老年教育、老年教育办学主体多元化、探索教育教学模式改革、加强师资队伍建设等方面寻求我国老年教育发展的出路。

The issue of education for the aged is a hot spot in the society. Elderly education should aim at meeting the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly and guarantee the elderly the right to lifelong education so as to promote the all-round development of the elderly. China's elderly education is facing problems such as the imperfect institutional mechanisms,the lack of teaching and learning resources,the unprotected teaching quality and the difficulty of achieving the educational goals. For this reason,we should seek the way out for the development of the aged education in our country from the aspects of developing the aged education in accordance with the law,diversifying the main body of the old-age education,exploring the reform of the education and teaching modes,and strengthening the construction of the teaching staff.
