摘要
在人事制度改革的今天,对人事档案管理提出了新的要求,传统的人事档案管理模式及方法逐渐显露出了诸多弊端,需要通过对人事档案管理进行创新,以适应社会发展需要,在分析人事档案管理存在问题的基础上,提出了人事档案创新策略,具有一定的实际借鉴价值。
With the reform of the personnel system,new requirements for the management of personnel files have been put forward. There are many problems in the traditional personnel file management mode and method,so it is necessary to innovate the personnel file management in order to meet the needs of social development. Based on the brief analysis of the existing problems in personnel file management,this paper puts forward the innovation strategy of personnel archives,which has certain practical reference value.
