资源环境约束下煤炭产业转型升级研究

Research on Environmental Protection of Coal Industry Development

随着经济的迅猛增长,使得煤炭的需求不断提高,推动了煤炭产业迅速发展,如何更好地满足煤炭需求和有效控制污染排放是我们要攻克的难题。以内蒙古为例,本文从产业发展与资源环境约束角度出发,分析了资源大省内蒙古煤炭产业发展中存在的问题,并提出节能减排、资源有效利用、产业集中化、发展绿色经济的转型升级建议。

With the rapid growth of economy,how to better meet the coal demand and effectively control the pollution discharge is the difficult problem we have to overcome. In Inner Mongolia as an example,this article embarks from the industrial development and environmental problem theory,analyzing present problems existing in the coal industry development in Inner Mongolia,and put forward the energy conservation and emissions reduction,effective utilization of resources,industry concentration,and the development of green economy.
