Research on Food Production Development of Inner Mongolia in the Past Seven Decades: From Having Enough to Eat to Being Fairly Well-off

内蒙古自治区是全国的粮食生产大省,也是近几年全国粮食净调出五个省份之一,为国家粮食安全做出重要贡献。但囿于自然环境的局限,时代政策的影响,内蒙古自治区的粮食生产稳定性欠佳,70年中粮食生产波动性大,甚至很长时期依靠国家粮食调拨。由依靠救济到支援别处角色转换说明内蒙古粮食生产取得巨大成就,然而,依旧存在许多薄弱点,因此对内蒙古粮食生产70年进行总结是非常必要和有意义的。

As a large food production province of the country,also one of the five net food supply provinces,Inner Mongolia autonomous region has made great contribution to our country ＇s food guarantee. However,limited by natural environment and time policies,the food production stability of Inner Mongolia autonomous region is weak. In the past seven decades,the flexibility of food production is big. What＇s more,in a rather long period,Inner Mongolia even relied on food allocation of central government of our country. From relying on relief to supporting other areas,the role changing means the great achievement Inner Mongolia have made in food production. However,there still exist many weaknesses. Therefore,it is very necessary and significant to sum up food production development of Inner Mongolia in the past seven decades.
