中蒙俄经济走廊视域下内蒙古文化产业的转型

The Transformation of Cultural Industry in Inner Mongolia from the Perspective of the “China,Mongolia and Russia Economic Corridor”

近年来,内蒙古文化产业发展迅速,但面临困境,亟须转型升级。中蒙俄经济走廊建设为内蒙古文化产业转型提供机遇。研究表明,可以通过确立"文化+"与"互联网+"双翼驱动机制、加强中蒙俄文化交流与民间文化往来、设立中蒙俄文化发展专项基金、推进建立中蒙俄文化自贸区等举措构建内蒙古文化产业转型路径。

In recent years,the cultural industry in Inner Mongolia has developed rapidly,cultural industry become a pillar industry of national economy background,but the development of cultural industry in Inner Mongolia needs for transformation and upgrading. The construction of ＂ China,Mongolia and Russia Economic Corridor＂ provides the opportunity for Inner Mongolia culture industry transformation. Under the horizon,Inner Mongolia cultural industry transformation path can be built through the establishment of ＂ Culture ＋ ＂ and ＂ Internet ＋ ＂ wings driven mechanism,strengthen cultural exchanges between Mongolia and Russia and folk cultural exchanges,the establishment of Mongolia Russian culture development special fund,established to promote the culture of Mongolia and Russia FTA initiatives.
