"Industry + Culture":Case Study of Typical Enterprises

企业进行不相关多元化的现象受到越来越多的研究关注。本文选取保利、万达、恒大三个典型企业展开案例研究,对不相关多元化中的"实业+文化"现象进行了较为细致的分析。结论认为,采用"实业+文化"的不相关多元化战略,一方面可以起到降低企业经营风险的作用,另一方面文化业务所带来的外溢效应以及文化业务未来的成长空间也是企业采取这一不相关多元化战略的重要因素。

A growing body of research has focused on the non-related diversification of enterprises. This paper takes Poly,Wanda,Everglade as the typical cases,and makes a detailed analysis of the ＂ industry ＋ culture＂ of non-related diversification. The results show that adopting a non-related diversification strategy of ＂ industry ＋ culture＂ can reduce the enterprise＇s business risk. In addition,the spillover effects brought by the cultural business and its growth of the future are also important factors for enterprises to take non-related diversification of ＂ industry ＋culture＂.
