论研究生党支部对高校学风建设的作用

On the Role of Postgraduate Party Branch in the Construction of Study Style in Colleges and Universities

优良学风不仅是高校发展之本,也是高校培养合格社会主义接班人的基本前提条件。研究生作为社会高学历的尖端人才,培养质量不仅关乎着高校发展、更与国家科学技术水平发展前途密不可分。针对当前高校研究生中存在的不正学风现象,不仅需要高校从制度、措施上给予干预和管理,更应该加强研究生的思想政治教育,研究生党支部当之无愧地成为纠正不良学风的排头兵。本文浅述了研究生党建的重要性,针对目前研究生学风中存在的不良现象,提出了研究生党支部在高校学风建设中应发挥的作用。

Good study style is not only the foundation for the development of colleges and universities,but also the basic precondition for the cultivation of qualified constructors and reliable successors. Astop talents of social education,the quality of postgraduate education is not only related to the development of the university,but also to the development of national science and technology. Aiming at the poor study style existed in postgraduates,we should undertake intervention and management. What＇s more,we should strengthen postgraduates＇ ideological and political education. Therefore,postgraduate Party branch should deservedly become vanguard of correcting poor style of study. this article first analyzes the cause of poor style of study in colleges and universities,then puts forward the role of postgraduate party branch in the study style construction of colleges and universities.
