摘要
针对现有的配电主站监控系统已不能很好适应分布式电源及间歇式能源日益广泛接入问题,对主动配电网环境下的智能配电监控平台系统的功能需求差异进行了分析,提出了新的智能配电网监控平台技术架构,并围绕监控平台基础支撑技术、运营调度技术、信息集成及大数据智能分析决策技术进行了研讨,研究内容及成果将有助于智能配电网技术发展及电网企业安全经济运营。
In this paper, the existing monitoring system of power distribution substation can not adapt to the increasingly wide range of access problems of distributed power and intermittent energy. The differences of functional requirements of intelligent power distribution monitoring platform system under active distribution network are analyzed and the technology architecture of a new intelligent distribution network monitoring platform is put forward. The basic supporting technology, operation scheduling technology, information integration and big data intelligence analysis and decision-making technology around the monitoring platform are discussed. The contents and achievements of this paper will help the development of smart distribution network technology and safety and economic operation of power grid enterprises.
