论电力信息化建设中监理的定位与作用

On the Positioning and Function of Supervision in Power Information Construction

随着社会发展的发展,人们生产生活对电力能源的需求量越来越大,这就要求电力企业必须加快进行信息化的建设发展。基于此,本文首先从角色定位和功能定位两个角度入手,阐述了电力信息化建设中监理的定位;其后,围绕控制业主方的工作规范性、实现项目投资、质量、进度三方平衡等多个方面,分析讨论了电力信息化建设中监理工作的实际作用。

With the development of social development, the demand for power energy is increasing by people＇s production and life, which requires that electric power enterprises must accelerate the construction and development of informationization. Based on this, from role orientation and function orientation, this paper elaborates the orientation of supervision in power informationization construction. Then, from work normalization controllingof the owner, balance realization of project investment, quality and progress, it analyzes and discusses the actual role of supervision in power information construction.
