Rational Control and Proportion of Coal Entering into Small Chain Furnace for Heating

针对长春市供热(集团)有限公司工业链条炉的入炉煤进行分析与讨论。从化验的参数角度分析入炉煤的最低限度,根据不同的燃煤情况进行合理配比,加上合理的鼓、引风以保证炉膛的温度,保障了锅炉安全、经济、稳定地运行。

This paper analyzes and discusses the coal in industrial chain furnace of Changchun Municipal Heating Group. From laboratory parameters, the minimum level of coal is analyzed. Reasonable proportioning is conducted according to different coal combustion conditions. The temperature of the furnace is guaranteed by reasonable blasting and ventilation to ensure the safe, economical and stable operation of the boiler.
