摘要
中国制造行业迫切需要创新设计技术,以实现中国"智"造。然而目前中国制造行业创新能力较弱。基于模型的系统工程(MBSE)由于其明显的优势正成为增强中国制造企业创新能力的重要使能技术。本文分析了MBSE的国内外研究现状,探讨了MBSE的建模方法、使能作用、实施挑战与方法,中国制造企业如何进行MBSE应用实施提出了建议。
The creative design technology is urgently needed for realizing intelligent manufacturing on China. However, the Chinese manufacturing industry suffers from a weak creative capability. The model-based system engineering(MBSE) becomes an important enabling technology to enhance the innovation capability of the high-level manufacturing in China because of its obvious advantages. Based on the analysis of the state-of-art of the MBSE, the modeling method, the enabling effects, the challenges and the implementation methods of the MBSE are analyzed. Some suggestions are made for the MBSE implementation in Chinese high-level manufacturing enterprises.
