The Synergetic Development of Hotel Industry and Hospitality Education

酒店人是行业发展进程中起决定作用的因素,能够创造商业价值。文章通过对酒店业与酒店教育发展的分析,试图把这两个不相同却又息息相关的行业发展的前景,其分歧、交集以及各自要走向的未来做一定的分析,以期二者携手创造中国酒店业更加美好的未来。

Hotel practitioners,who can create commercial values,play a determinant role in the development of hotel industry. This paper analyzes the history of hotel industry and the past,present and future of hospitality education in order to explore their synergetic development based on their prospects,discrepancies,and convergences.
