2017年，各地楼市调控政策密集出台，十九大报告中则再次重申了“房住不炒”的定位。一方面，各地政府楼市调控不断念出“限字诀”，一些地区甚至进入了限购、限贷、限价、限售、限商的“五限”时代另一方面，监管部门大力整顿和规范房地产市场秩序，始终保持高压严惩的态势。就在十九大召开前夕，一场全国范围内的“楼市体检”便已箭在弦上。
