不同职称护士心理韧性、应对方式及社会支持的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Psychological Resilience,Coping Style and Social support of Nurses with Different Titles

目的:探讨护士的职称与心理韧性、应对方式及社会支持的相关性。方法:选用中国版心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)、简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对某三级甲等医院298名内外科护士进行问卷调查。结果:不同职称护士在坚韧性、心理韧性总分、客观支持、主观支持、社会支持总分方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);不同职称护士积极应对总分、社会支持总分与常模比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),护士和护师在心理韧性总分方面明显低于常模(P<0.01);影响护士职称的因素有婚姻状态、学历、工作年限和工作班次。结论:中级职称护士的心理韧性水平、应对方式及社会支持水平高于初级职称护士,对影响职称的因素进行干预,有助于提高护士的水平,促进护理事业的发展。

Objective： To explore the relationship between psychological resiliency,coping styles and social support in nurses with different professional titles. Methods： A questionnaire survey was conducted among 298 surgical nurses in a A-level hospital by using Chinese version of mental toughness scale（ CD-RISC）,simplified coping style scale（ SCSQ） and social support rating scale（ SSRS）. Results： There were statistically significant differences in resilience score,objective support,subjective support and social support scores of nurses with different professional title（ P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05）. There were statistically significant differences the total scores,total scores of social support and the norm of nurses with different professional titles（ P〈0. 01）. The nurse＇s and nurse practitioners＇ resilience scores were significantly lower than those of the norm（ P〈0. 01）. The factors affecting the title of nurses include marital status,educational background,working life and working shift. Conclusion： The levels of resilience,coping style and social support of nurses with intermediate professional title are higher than those of junior professional nurses. Intervention on factors influencing professional titles can help improve nurses＇ level and promote the development of nursing career.
