摘要
目的观察并分析静息状态下的青少年吸烟成瘾者的脑电信号的变化。方法采用功率谱分析的方法,利用BrainVisionAnalyzer软件对青少年吸烟成瘾者(n=21)与相匹配的不吸烟健康对照组(n=21)进行对比观察并分析静息状态下的青少年吸烟成瘾的脑电信号的变化。结果与不吸烟健康对照组相比较,青少年吸烟成瘾者大脑脑电信号的alpha波段在三个脑区出现了增加(包括左前脑区、右前脑区、中前部脑区,P〈0.05),而delta波段在3个脑区出现了降低(包括右后脑区、中线前脑区、中线后脑区,P〈0.05)。青少年吸烟组出现差异的脑电信号功率谱值与包年(pack.years)呈现为正相关,其中alpha波:左前脑区(r=O.648,P=0.003)、右前脑区(r=0.629,P=0.004)、中线前脑区(r=0.456,P=0.043);delta波:右前脑区(r=0.602,P=0.005)、中线前脑区(rm0.533,P=0.019)、中线后脑区(r=0.692,P=0.001)。结论青少年吸烟成瘾者大脑静息态下脑电信号发生改变,可能与吸烟的累积效应有关系。
Objective To observe the changes of electroencephalogram (EEG) signal during the resting state in adolescents with smoking addiction. Methods Spectral analysis during the resting state was used to observe and analyze the EEG signals between adolescents with smoking addiction (n= 21 ) and no- smoking control group (n= 21 ) by using Brain Vision Analyzer software. Results Compared with the no- smoking control group, adolescents with smoking addiction showed increased alpha band signals in 3 brain re- gions (including left-anterior, right-anterior and midline-anterior regions, P〈0.05 ), and decreased delta band signals in 3 brain regions ( including right-posterior, midline-anterior and midline-posterior regions, P〈0.05 ). Moreover, the signals in these brain regions were positively correlated with pack-years (alpha band:left-ante- rior ( r= 0.648, P= 0.003), right-anterior ( r= 0.629, P= 0.004), midline-anterior ( r= 0.456, P= 0.043) ; delta band : right-posterior ( r = 0.602, P = 0.005 ), midline-anterior ( r = 0.533, P = 0.019 ), midline-posterior ( r=0.692,P= 0.001 ) )in adolescents with smoking addiction. Conclusion The changes of EEG signals during the resting state in adolescents with smoking addiction may be associated with cumulative effects of smoking.
