摘要
以西维因为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,添加Cd Se/Cd S量子点,利用沉淀聚合法制备具有荧光性能的分子印迹聚合物。通过优化条件和仪器表征,得到有特异性吸附性能的CdSe/CdS@MIPs,且对不同浓度的西维因标准溶液有较好的荧光猝灭效应,后续可作为荧光传感器应用于食品、环境中西维因的快速检测。
The molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) with fluorescent property came from polymerization precipitation method by using carbaryl as template molecule, MAA as functional monomers,EGDMA as crosslinking agent,AIBN as initiator,and Cd Se/Cd S quantum dots(QDs) as fluorescence probe. Besides, CdSe/CdS QDs @ MIPs with specifically adsorptive property with specificity could be found through optimization conditions and characterization. The MIPs could be used as fluorescent sensor in the rapid detection of carbaryl in food and environment because of cheir good fluorescence quenching response to different concentrations of carbaryl.
