不同铝合金材料在食品模拟物中迁移试验的比较

摘要 通过光电式直读光谱法和等离子电感耦合发射光谱法,对不同铝合金材料的炊具进行化学成分分析和迁移试验,研究了原材料材质对迁移量的影响。结果表明:铝制炊具中各元素的迁移量与炊具原材料中的含量有明显正相关性,但并不呈线性;不同元素的迁移量差异较大,Si和Mg等元素更容易析出;铸铝制品的迁移量大于锻铝制品。实验表明,国产的铝制炊具的Pb和Mn迁移量存在一定的风险,而进口铝制炊具则不存在这一风险,可能与炊具原材料的化学成分显著差异有一定的影响。 In order to study the influence of original materials to the migration amount in different aluminum alloy cookers, the chemical composition analysis and the migration tests were carried out through the spark discharge atomic emission spectrometric method and plasma atomic emission spectrometric method. The results showed that the factors which affect the migration amount for migration test include the element content and the type of material for cookers. The test showed that the domestic aluminum cookers existed the risk of the migration amount for Pb and Mn, while there was no risk for importing aluminum cookers. The reason might be ascribed to the significant differences in the chemical composition of the materials.
