窄谱带光源冷原子吸收测汞仪的研制及应用 被引量:1

摘要 本文设计的窄谱带光源冷原子吸收测汞仪采取可拆卸的光路系统和Windows界面控制,采用凹面光栅分光,光程长160 mm,可获得窄谱带纯净的253.7nm谱线;可使溶液汞含量的检测范围达到0.2~100μg/L,线性误差0.35%,检测限0.03024μg/L,测量15ng/L汞离子溶液的重复性<3%,1.5ng/L的重复性<3%。可拆卸的光路系统能够保证光源系统进行重复冲洗,Windows界面操作实现测量过程和计算结果智能化。 The designed of narrow band cold atomic absorption mercury determination was combined the disassembly optical system and windows interface control. The optical length is 160 mm. Narrow spectrum can be obtained with pure 253. 7 spectral line. the mercury contents in solution of detection ranged from 0. 2 to 100 ug/L with the linear error less than 0. 35%,and the detection limit of 0. 03024μg/L. The reprodacibilities of 15 and 1. 5 ng/L were both less than 3% for measurement the mercury solution. The light source system can be repeatedly washed,because the optical system can be disassembled. The windows' interface makes intelligent for the achieve measurement process and the calculation results. Therefore, the designed of cold atomic absorption mercury analyzer had an improvement for the design level of mercury analyzer,reducing the instrument detection limit,and enhancing the detection precision and control performance.
