摘要
[目的/意义]"互联网+"素养的界定是"互联网+"人才培养的首要问题。[方法/过程]文章阐述了"互联网+"素养的概念、内涵以及与信息素养、网络素养的关系,借助框架理论和阈值理论,构建了"互联网+"素养框架。从5个阈值概念:以人为本是"互联网+"的出发点,"互联网+"是创新过程,跨界融合是"互联网+"的特质,开放互联是"互联网+"的基础,数据是资产和创新的源泉,对"互联网+"素养的核心内涵、知识技能和行为方式进行解析。[结果/结论]"互联网+"素养是指互联网要素在各领域跨界应用的能力以及互联网特有的思维意识,有别于"媒介"性质的网络素养,是网络素养2.0,是信息素养3.0。该框架可为"互联网+"创新创业和"互联网+"素养教育提供指引。
[ Purpose/significance ] The definition of "Internet + " literacy is the primary problem of "Internet + " talents training. [ Method/process ] This paper expounds the concept and connotation of "Internet + " literacy and its relationship with information literacy and network literacy, and constructs the framework of "Internet + " literacy with the help of framework theory and threshold theory. The framework analyzes the core connotation, knowledge practices and behaviors of "Interuet + " literacy from 5 threshold concepts. "People-oriented" is the starting point of "Internet + ", "Internet + " is the process of innovation, cross-border integration is the characteristic of "Internet + ", opening and interconnection is the basis of "Internet + ", and data are the fountain of assets and innovation. [ Result/conclusion] "Internet + " literacy is the ability of the Internet elements applied in various fields, as well as the unique way of thinking from Internet. Differing from network literacy whose nature is '" media", "Internet + " literacy is the network literacy 2. 0, and is the information literacy 3.0. The framework provides guidance on the "lnternet + " innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as "Internet + " literacy education.
