拼凑与朴素:资源匮乏情境下中小企业知识管理策略

Bricolage and Frugality:SMEs' Knowledge Management Strategy in the Context of Resources Shortage

中小企业因为内外部资源匮乏而经常采取拼凑和朴素策略,而知识作为当今最关键的资源应成为拼凑等策略的实施对象和实现基础。基于此,文章从知识管理角度,对中小企业拼凑策略、朴素策略以及二者组合的作用机理和选用问题进行分析,并厘清不同类型知识模块化、知识搜索和不同类型拼凑、朴素策略的对应关系,细化和明确拼凑和朴素策略组合的适用情境,据此指出中小企业策略演变和发展成长的路径。所得结论是对拼凑、朴素策略理论以及知识管理理论的丰富,并为不同情境下中小企业的策略选择以及知识管理提供若干启示。

Confronting the shortage of internal and external resources, small and medium-sized enterprises （SMEs） often take the strategies of frugality and bricolage. Knowledge, as the most critical resources, should become the object and basis of bricolage and frugality. Based on the perspective of knowledge management, this paper analyzes the functioning mechanism and selecting mechanism of SMEs＇ bricolage, frugality tactics and their combination. The paper also clarifies the corresponding relationships between different types of knowledge modularity or knowledge search and different types of bricolage or frugality, makes further efforts on refining the applicable situations of bricolage and frugality combination, and points out the evolving strategies and growing path of SMEs. These conclusions enrich the theories of bricolage, frugality and, knowledge management. Some implications for SMEs＇ strategy selection and knowledge management in various contexts are given.
