摘要
在快速城镇化背景下,城市滨河区生态环境面临巨大威胁,尤其在我国北方寒地城市。以哈尔滨马家沟滨河区为例,通过田野调查及生态图底分析,发现其存在水体污染严重、径流量不足、生物多样性丧失、气候防护性差、缓冲绿带破碎化等问题。为此,本文立足于滨河区环境、社会和产业综合协调发展的目标,提出了生态导向下的寒地滨河区规划策略,从恢复河流自然岸线、划定滨河区生态红线、连接河流与周边绿地斑块、构建地区雨洪调蓄系统、增强气候防护设计、控制周边土地开发、贯通滨河区开放空间7方面探讨了规划思路。
Rapid urbanization is imposing great threat on the ecological environment of urban riverfront area, especially in winter cities. The Harbin Majiagou riverfront was selected as the empirical case. Through field survey and the figure-ground relationship analysis of ecological land, this study figures out some problems, including water pollution, insufficient runoff, loss of biodiversity, poor climate prevention, green buffer fragmentation etc. Finally, this study provides 7 strategies: Recovering natural river shorelines, identifying the riverfront ecological redline, connecting rivers with the surrounding green patches, constructingregionalecological stormwater regulation system, climate prevention planning, controlling riverfront development intensity and the buildingheight, connectingopen space inriverfront area.
