空间句法在侵华日军南京大屠杀遇难同胞纪念馆及周边地区城市设计中的应用

The Application of Space Syntax in the Urban Design of the Nanjing Massacre Memorial Hall and its Vicinity

作为一种数字技术的辅助分析手段,空间句法理论在当前城市设计中得到了一定的应用,然而如何与城市设计的工作阶段融合以及关键技术如何应用方面当前工作仍有所不足。本文从建模的发展、重要建模参数、模型校核三方面阐述了空间句法的关键技术,并提出了融合城市设计各阶段任务的句法分析流程的概念框架,最后以侵华日军南京大屠杀遇难同胞纪念馆及周边地区城市设计为案例探讨和验证了句法应用的流程融合及方案分析过程,其中创新性地提出了基于POI数据的模型校核以及多轮的方案代入模型分析等具体技术。本文一方面为空间句法在我国城市设计中的应用提供了实证支撑,另一方面为建立城市设计全工作流程的空间句法应用范式和规范化方法提供了思路和方法。

As an analysis method of assisting digital technology, the theory of space syntax has been applied to urban design to some extent. However, the current work is still inadequate in how to make a combination of space syntax and the process of urban design and how to make use of the key technology. This article introduces the key technology of space syntax in three parts： the development of model building, important modeling parameters and model checking, and present the concept of space syntax analysis process which integrates the mission of each stage of urban design. It proves the integration of space syntax usage process and the process of project analysis through the example of the urban design of the Nanjing Massacre Memorial Hall and its vicinity. It also put forward some specific technology creatively, such as the model checking based on POI data and the program substitution. The article not only provides practical examples to explain the usage of space syntax in urban design, but also offers ideas and methods of space syntax application in the whole process of urban design.
