The Soviet Honor System and Its Historical Revelation

20世纪30年代苏联曾在所有社会主义国家中率先建立起一套以功勋荣誉制度为核心的完善的勋奖章、荣誉称号体系,它既融合了俄罗斯的历史传统,又极富社会主义平等色彩,在苏联早期的社会主义建设和抵抗法西斯入侵过程中发挥了无法估量的作用,但在后期又遭到人为破坏并种下多种恶果,其历史对于建立健全中国的国家功勋荣誉表彰制度具有重要意义。

The Soviet Union set up a perfect honor system,including medal and the honor title,in the 1930s.It fused with Russian historical tradition and had characteristics of socialist egalitarian color.This system played an immeasurable role in early years of Soviet Union’s socialist construction and the anti-fascist invasion.Unfortunately,this honor system suffered man-made sabotage later.Its historical revelation is of great significance to the establishment and improvement of the Chinese meritorious recognition system.
