涎腺霍奇金淋巴瘤1例

Hodgkins lymphoma of salivary gland:a case report

1病例报告患者,女,58岁,因＂发现双侧腮腺肿大、颈部包块伴间断发热1月余＂于2013年4月15日入院。患者1个多月前无明显诱因出现双侧腮腺肿大及颈部包块（图1）。院外输液及中药抗炎治疗（具体药物不详）后,颈部包块多数消失,但双腮腺区肿胀未消退,伴压痛、偶尔发热,不伴盗汗、消瘦。查体：腮腺肿大较均匀,质硬,压痛,挤压腺体时导管口无明显脓性分泌物。

Hodgkins lymphoma（HL）of salivary gland is extremely rare.We reported a bilateral HL in a female of 58 years old,whose main clinical complaint was bilateral enlargement of parotid gland and cervical lymph nodes.The clinical symptoms were relieved after intermittent treatment by anti-inflammatory drugs and traditional Chinese herbs resulted in misdiagnosis of chronic lymphadnitis.The postoperative pathological diagnosis was HL of parotid gland,submandibular gland and cervical lymph nodes.It implies that lymphoma shall also be take into consideration even if anti-inflammatory drugs and Chinese traditional herbs have treatment effect on a parotid gland mass.
