腰椎退行性病变的中医“督-肾-骨失调”病机理论研究

Theoretical Study on Pathogenesis of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Degeneration in Traditional Chinese Medicine ‘Du-kidney-bone Imbalance'

腰椎退行性病变是一种常见的腰椎老化的生理病理过程,分析本病的病机理论可为指导临床治疗提供理论依据。故首先引中医古籍原文阐述督-肾-骨三者的关系,三者从解剖、生理学角度联系为一体与本病密切相关;其次分析本病的病名、症状和病机,从这三个方面说明本病与"督-肾-骨失常"密切相关;最后结合中医经典、作者的导师及其他现代医家的临床经验,从补肾-壮督-强骨的中药治疗和非药物治疗两个方面论证腰椎退行性病变应从"督-肾-骨"论治。

Degenerative lumber disease is a common pathological and physiology change of lumbar degeneration.Firstly,we quote the preclinical medicine of TCM to expound the relationship of ＂Du meridian-Kidney-bone＂,they made through connections into integration from the anatomy and physiology view.Secondly,we analysis the disease name,symptoms and pathogenesis to give the evident that LDDD is closely related with＂Du meridian-Kidney-bone disorder＂.At last,we introduce that the treatment of LDDD is kidney-reinforcing,Du meridian strengthening and bone growth,including Chinese medicine therapy and non-drug therapy.
