慢性再生障碍性贫血中医证型的相关因素研究

TCM Syndrome Types Related Factors Research in Chronic Aplastic Anemia

目的:探讨影响慢性再生障碍性贫血中医证型分布的相关因素。方法:选择慢性再生障碍性贫血患者236例,探讨各证型的发生频率、中医治疗效果、性别、病因和疗次的分布特点,并应用logistic回归分析影响中医证型的相关因素。结果:不同证型的发生频率比较,肾阳虚型92例39%,肾阴虚型66例28%,肾阴阳两虚型78例33.1%;不同证型的疗效比较,肾阳虚组总有效率80.43%,肾阴虚78.79%,肾阴阳两虚组56.41%,组间比较差异有统计学意义。以患者中医分型作为因变量,以肾阴阳两虚作为参照对象进行多分类的logistic回归分析发现,肾阳虚的影响因素是年龄、病因、疗次,而肾阴虚的影响因素是年龄、病程、病因和疗次。结论:年龄、病因、疗次是影响慢性再生障碍性贫血证型分布的相关因素。

Objective： To investigate the effect of chronic aplastic anemia related factors of the distribution of TCM syndrome types.Method： Choose 236 cases of chronic aplastic anemia patients,and explore the frequency of each card type,therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine,the distribution characteristics of gender,etiology and treatment time,and using logistic regression analysis of the related factors influencing the TCM syndrome type.Results： The frequency of different syndrome types： kidney Yang deficiency type（92 cases,39%）,kidney Yin deficiency type（66 cases,28%）,Both deficiency of kidney Yin and Yang type（78 cases,33.1%）; Compare the curative effect of different syndrome types,kidney Yang deficiency group total effective rate is 80.43%; Kidney Yin deficiency is 78.79%,Both deficiency of kidney Yin and Yang group is 56.41%; The difference between groups was statistically significant.In patients with Chinese medicine classification as a dependent variable to Both deficiency of kidney Yin and Yang reference object,classify multiple logistic regression analysis found that： the influence factors of kidney Yang deficiency is the age,etiology,therapy,and the influence factors of kidney Yin deficiency is age,course of the disease,etiology and treatment time.Conclusion： Age,etiology,therapy time of chronic aplastic anemia syndrome type distribution.
