日本高速铁路建设及其社会经济影响

High-speed Railway Construction in Japan and Its Socio-economic Impact

本文以介绍新干线建设构想的提出及其所在时代的社会背景为切入点，以“直线型中央新干线”即将投入使用的现代社会作为考察对象展开论述，并对高速铁路（新干线）从无到有的意义、新干线给城市及区域带来的影响以及关于新干线对日本社会的改观的讨论等内容进行了论述，目的在于通过对新干线的开通经纬的把握，弄清其给日本的城市、经济和社会带来的变化。

Started from introducing the proposal of Shinkansen and its historical and social background, this article then analyzed the new ＂Linear Central Shinkansen＂ and the modem society it will be applied. This article also described the significance of high-speed railway （Shin- kansen）, and analyzed its impact on cities and regions, as well as changes it brought about to Japanese society.
