中国地级及以上城市的住房消费特征——基于国家统计局2007年城镇住户大样本抽样调查的分析

对城市住房消费特征的准确把握是建立和完善住房政策的关键。文章基于国家统计局“2007年城镇住户大样本抽样调查”的数据信息，从住房存量的数量、结构与价值等方面对我国城市住房消费特征进行描述和评价。研究对我国目前的住房面积、住房自有化率、住房市场化程度、居住流动性、住房建筑类型、住房市场价值等住房消费特征进行了定量判断，同时提供了一种分析城市住房消费特征的思路与方法。

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the housing consumption patterns of urban households in China, which plays a critical role in designing housing policies. Based on the Largesample Urban Household Survey in 2007 conducted by the National Bureau of Statistic of China （NBS）, we examine the characteristics of housing consumption through descriptive statistics of housing stock. Our study quantitatively analyzes various housing consumption characteristics, in terms of dwelling size, type of buildings, housing ownership structure, housing marketization share, residential mobility, and housing value. In addition, it provides a method for housing con sumption evaluation.
