摘要 目的探讨CE-Chirp声诱发的听性脑干反应(ABR)对婴幼儿可疑听力损失诊断的价值及临床运用分析。方法选取2014年2月~2015年5月于东莞市妇幼保健院听力门诊就诊的可疑听力异常婴幼儿67例(143耳)进行统计分析,同时采用短声(click)刺激声、CE-Chirp声进行ABR检测,分别记录患儿的V波反应阈值。结果两种刺激声ABR检测不同程度耳聋阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两种刺激声ABR检测不同程度耳聋V波反应阈值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CE-Chirp声诱发的ABR检测在婴幼儿可疑听力诊断中可用于听力损失评估,但在实际应用的过程中,应将检测方法规范化,对于有听力损失的患儿进行听阈评估时需结合其他检测方法。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value and clinical application of CE-Chirp ABR in infants with suspected hearing loss. Methods From February 2014 to May 2015, 67 infants(143 ears)with suspected hearing loss in Dongguan Women and Children Hospital were analyzed in this study. Click (short sound stimulation) sound and CE-Chirp evoked auditory brainstem response (ABR) were performed in two groups of participants respectively and thresholds of wave V were recorded and analyzed. Results There were no significant difference in the positive rate of different degrees hearing loss or thresholds of wave V between Click sound and CE-Chirp sound (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion CE-Chirp ABR can be used for the evaluation of hearing loss and its value is equal to that of click ABR. However, a careful analysis and standardization of detection method and combination with other methods should be noted in practical application.
