摘要
2009年原卫生部出台《关于促进基本公共卫生服务逐步均等化的意见》,正式启动公共卫生服务均等化。促进基本公共卫生服务逐步均等化,是我国深化医疗卫生体制改革的重点内容,也是保障广大群众健康的主要内容之一。通过推行科学有效的绩效考核,可以在促进基本公共卫生服务逐步均等化过程中起到有力的内在促进和监督作用。无锡市锡山区羊尖镇卫生院自2016年以来,通过破除绩效考核机制壁垒,将绩效考核具体措施落在实处、细处,逐步完善公共卫生督查制度,使基本公共卫生服务质量得到了全面提升。
In 2009, the ministry of health issued a view on promoting the gradual equalization of basic public health services, which officially launched the equalization of public health services. Promoting the gradual equalization of basic public health services is a key part of deepening the reform of the medical and health care system in China and one of the main contents to ensure the health of the general public. Through the implementation of scientific and effective performance appraisal, it can play a powerful internal promotion and supervisory role in promoting the gradual equalization of basic public health services. Since 2016, Yangjian Health Center in Xishan District of Wuxi City break down the barriers of performance appraisal mechanism, make the concrete measures in practice, perfect the public health supervision system gradually, and then the quality of basic public health services has been improved comprehensively.
