精细化护理在特需病房中的应用

The effect of meticulous nursing in the special wards

目的探讨精细化护理在特需病房中的应用效果。方法将特需病房2016年7月~12月收治的152例患者设为研究组,除常规护理外,住院期间再采用精细化护理;随机抽取2016年1月~6月收治的146例仅采用常规护理的患者为对照组,对比两组护理前后患者的满意度,护理不良事件发生率及护理服务质量。结果研究组患者的满意度高于对照组、护理不良事件发生率低于对照组、护理服务质量优于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在特需病房实施精细化护理,能够提高患者满意度、降低护理不良事件发生率、改善护理服务质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of meticulous nursing in the special wardsMethods 152 patients under- going meticulous nursing and conventional care in special wards from July, 2016 to December, 2016 were assigned into experimental group. 146 patients with conventional care from January, 2016 to June, 2016 were assigned into control group. The patient＇s satisfaction, incidence of adverse events and nursing service quality were compared between the two groups. Results The patient＇s satisfaction, incidence of adverse events and nursing service quality in experimental group were better than those in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Meticulous nursing in the special wards can improve the patients＇ satisfaction, reduce the incidence of nursing adverse e- vents, and improve the quality of nursing service.
