重组人血管内皮抑素时间窗研究进展

抗血管生成治疗是目前肿瘤治疗领域的研究热点,通过抑制肿瘤内部新生血管形成达到"饿死肿瘤"的目的。随着对肿瘤抗血管生成研究的深入,有学者指出在抗血管生成药物作用下,肿瘤内部微血管的结构和功能可能有一段趋于正常化的时间,即正常化时间窗。研究表明在该时间窗内联合化、放疗将提高抗瘤疗效。重组人血管内皮抑素恩度是我国具有完全自主知识产权的新型抗血管生成药物,确定恩度的时间窗对指导恩度的抗肿瘤治疗具有重要意义。本文就恩度时间窗的研究进展作一综述。

Recombi- nant human endostatin-Endostar-is a new anti angiogenic drugs, which Chinese have a completely independent intellectual property rights. Determined the time window of Endostar is of great significance to guide the anti-tumor treatment of En- dostar. The following will review the study of Endostar＇s time window.
