摘要 目的观察两种选择性81受体阻断剂对慢性心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽( Brain NatriureticPeptide, BNP)及心功能的影响。方法选取2016年5月至2017年4月在本院治疗的88例慢性心衰患者作为研究对象,将本次入选者依据随机数表法分为两组,均44例。对照组于常规用药基础上采取美托洛尔治疗,观察组则于常规用药基础上加以比索洛尔治疗。观察治疗前后两组BNP、心功能变化。结果治疗前两组左室舒张末期内径( leftventricular end diastolic diameter, LVEDV )、左室收缩末期内径( leftventricular end systolic diameter, LVESV )、左室射血分数( left ventricular ejection fraction, LVEF )、BNP等对比,差异均无统计学意义(均P〉0.05);治疗后观察组LVEDV、LVESV、BNP低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论较美托洛尔而言,比索洛尔更利于改善慢性心衰患者BNP水平与心功能,阻碍疾病恶化,可在一定程度上促进患者预后、改善生活质量。 Objective To observe the effects of two selective beta-blockers on plasma brain natriureticpeptide (BNP) and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Eighty patients with chronic heart failure who were treated at our hospital from May 20 to April 2017 were selected as study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group using random number table method. Both groups took conventional medication. The control group were treated with metoprolol and the observation group with bisoprolol. The changes of BNP and cardiac function were observed before and after the treatment. Results There no statistical differences in left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDV), left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESV), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), BNP, and so on between the two groups before the treatment (all P 〉 0.05). After the treatment, the LVEDV, LVESV, and BNP were lower and the LVEF was higher in the observation group than in the control group, with statistical differences (all P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with metoprolol, bisoprolol is more effective in improving BNP level and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure and hindering disease deterioration, which can promote the improvement of the patients' prognosis and quality of life to a certain extent.
