脑苷肌肽注射液联合参附注射液治疗老年急性脑梗死效果及安全性

Cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with Shenfu injection in treatment of elderlypatients with acute cerebral infarction

目的对老年急性脑梗死患者采用脑苷肌肽联合参附注射液治疗的效果进行评价。方法将本院神经内科2016年2月至2017年2月诊治的96例老年急性脑梗死纳入本次研究中，基于数字表法随机分成探究组和对照组，各48例；两组均进行常规对症治疗，对照组应用脑苷肌肽注射治疗，探究组同时联用参附注射液，均连续2个疗程，采用神经功能缺损量表（NIHSS）测评治疗前后两组患者神经功能恢复情况，并对比分析两组治疗总有效率。结果在完成治疗后，两者患者NIHSS评分均有改善，但探究组的改善效果优于对照组，差异有统计意义（P〈0．05）；探究组的总有效率为91．7％，高于对照组的81．3％，差异有统计意义（P〈0．05）；在临床用药过程中两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论对于老年急性脑梗死患者，在应用脑苷肌肽注射基础上加用参附注射液，效果更确切，可有效促进患者神经功能恢复，安全性较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with Shenfu injection in the treatment of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 96 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction treated at our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and were randomly divided into a study group and a control group using digital table method, 48 cases for each group. Both groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment; the control group were treated with cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection and the study group with cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection and Shenfu injection. Both groups were treated 2 consecutive courses. Neurological impairment scale （NIHSS） was used to assess the recovery of neurological function before and after treatment in both groups. the total effective rates of the two groups were compared. Results The NIHSS score was better after than before the treatment in both groups and was better in the study group than in the control group after the treatment, with statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）; The total effective rate was 91.7% in the study group and was 81.3% in the control group, with a statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the treatment. Conclusion Cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with Shenfu injection in the treatment of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction is effective and safe and can promote the patients＇ recovery of neurological function.
