摘要 目的探究阿托伐他汀联合普罗布考对急性脑梗死患者血管内皮细胞功能的影响。方法选取2015年9月至2016年12月在本院治疗急性脑梗死患者72例为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为两组,各36例。对照组采用普罗布考治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合阿托伐他汀联治疗。比较两组血管内皮细胞功能[6-酮-前列腺素 ( Rat 6-keto-prostaglandin, 6-K-PGF1 α ) 、血管假性血友病因子( VonWillebrand Factor, VWF)、纤溶酶原激活抑制剂1( Plasminogen activator inhibitor-1, PAI-1 )、组织型纤溶酶原激活物( tissue-type plasminogen activator, tPA )]及治疗效果。结果观察组6-K—PGF1α、tPA水平比对照组高,vwF、PAI-1水平比对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05);观察组治疗总有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合普罗布考治疗能有效改善急性脑梗死患者血管内皮细胞功能,提高治疗效果,且用药较安全。 Objective To explore the effect of atorvastatin combined with probucol on function of vascular endothelial cells in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 72 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated at our hospital from September 2015 to December 2016 were selected as study objects andwere divided into a control group and an observation group using random table method, 36 cases for each group. The control group was treated with probucol and the observation group with atorvastatin and probucol. The vascular endothelial cell function [Rat 6-ketone-prostaglandin (6-K-PGF1 alpha), Von Willebrand factor (VWF), Plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1), and tissue-type plasminogen activator (tPA)] and therapeutic effect were compared between these two groups. Results The levels of 6-k-pgfl alpha and tPA and the total efficacy were higher and the levels of VWF and PAI-1 were lower in the observation group than in the control group, with statistical differences (all P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Atorvastatin combined with probucol for patients with acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve their function of vascular endothelial cells and improve the therapeutic effect and is safe.
