摘要
"互联网+"催生并推动着共享经济不断发展,共享经济给非正式学习的进一步深化发展以深刻启迪。该研究分析了非正式学习发展存在的不足、共享经济发展对非正式学习的影响,论述了共享经济影响下非正式学习将具有"平台智能化、资源高效化、环境生态化、行为契约化"的四化特征;非正式学习资源将实现六类转型发展,具有"促进非正式学习观念的转变、提升非正式学习的价值影响、推动正式与非正式学习的整合"三大优势,以及建立共享模式市场准入机制保障大众权益的必要性,以期促进非正式学习的优化发展。
"Internet +" has fostered and promoted the development of Sharing economy, and the sharing economy has given profound enlightenment to further development of informal learning. The research analyzes the deficiency of informal learning and influence of sharing economy on informal learning, and discusses that with the sharing economy effecting, informal learning will have four characteristics of "intellectualization for platform, high-efficiency for resources, ecologicalization for environment, contractualization for behavior", and informal learning resources will implement transforming development of six patterns, informal learning will have three major advantages of "promoting the transition of concept of informal learning, enhancing the effect of informal learning, promoting the integration of formal learning and informal learning", and the research discusses the necessity that establishing the market access mechanism of sharing model to guarantee public interests, in order to promote the optimization development of informal learning.
