血栓通联合醒脑静治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效及对脑血流的影响

Clinical effect of Xueshuantong combined with Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its influence on cerebral blood flow

目的研究探讨血栓通联合醒脑静治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效及对脑血流的影响。方法选取本院2015年1月至2016年12月住院治疗的急性脑梗塞患者71例，按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组35例，予10％葡萄糖＋醒脑静注射液静脉滴注；治疗组36例，予血栓通注射液＋醒脑静静脉滴注。比较两组的临床疗效及对脑血流的影响。结果治疗前治疗组和对照组NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗后，两组NIHSS评分均明显改善，其中治疗组NIHSS评分明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组总有效率为91．7％，对照组总有效率为65．7％，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组的平均血流速度显著升高，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗期间两组患者均未发生因实验用药引起的明显不良反应（P〉0．05）。结论血栓通注射液联合醒脑静对急性脑梗塞有协同作用，值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effects of Xueshuantong combined with Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its influence on cerebral blood flow. Methods 71 cases of acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected, and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 35 cases in the control group were treated with 10% glucose ＋ Xingnaojing injection, while 36 cases in the treatment group were treated with Xueshuantong injection and Xingnaojing injection. Then, the clinical efficacy and the influence on cerebral blood flow of the two groups were compared. Results Before the treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in NIHSS score between the treatment group and the control group （P〉0.05）; after the treatment, the NIHSS score of the two groups were significantly improved, the NIHSS score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.7%, and the total effective rate in the control group was 65.7%, with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The average blood flow velocity in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. During the treatment period, there were no obvious adverse reactions caused by the experimental medication in both two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Xueshuantong injection combined with Xingnaojing injection for acute cerebral infarction has synergistic effect, thus it is worthy to be promoted in clinic.
