摘要
目的研究丹红合剂对大鼠脑血流量的影响,进一步探讨丹红合剂脑保护作用的作用机制。方法选取健康SD大鼠50只,随机分为5组,分别为空白组,丹红合剂高、中、低剂量组和阳性对照组,采用激光多普勒血流仪观察丹红合剂对大鼠脑血流量的影响。结果给药后丹红合剂高、中、低剂量组大鼠脑血流量呈先升高后降低的趋势,在给药后60min达峰值,其值分别为:丹红合剂高剂量组(96.26±12.35),丹红合剂中剂量组(83.74±10.68),丹红合剂低剂量组(68.73±11.96)。结论丹红合剂能增加大鼠脑血流量,提示丹红合剂的脑保护作用机制与改善脑血流量有关。
Objective To study the effect of Danhong mixture on cerebral blood flow in rats and to explore the mechanism of brain protective effect of Danhong mixture. Methods Fifty healthy SD rats were selected and randomly divided into five groups, namely control group, high, medium, and low dose of Danhong mixture group and positive control group. Observed the effect of Danhong mixture on cerebral blood flow in rats with laser Doppler flowmetry. Results The cerebral blood flow in rats of high, medium, and low dose of Danhong mixture group increased firstly and then decreased after administration, which reached the peak at 60 min after administration [(96.26±12.35) BPU in high dose of Danhong mixture group, (83.74±10.68) BPU in medium dose of Danhong mixture group, (68.73±11.96) BPU in low dose of Danhong mixture group]. Conclusion Danhong mixture can increase the cerebral blood flow in rats, which suggests that the cerebral protective effect of Danhong mixture is related to the improvement of cerebral blood flow.
