Curative effect of polyferose combined with vitamin A, B2, and folic acid in the treatment of pregnant anemia and its effect on neonatal outcomes

摘要 目的探讨多糖铁联合维生素A、B2、叶酸治疗妊娠贫血的疗效及对新生儿结局的影响。方法收集妊娠缺铁性贫血妇女106例,采用抽签法将其分为实验组和传统组,每组53例。传统组患者口服复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片治疗;实验组采用多糖铁、维生素A、维生素B2、叶酸联合治疗。观察两组治疗前后血红蛋白(Hb)、铁蛋白(SF)、铁(SI)水平变化及其妊娠结局、新生儿10min Apgar评分、新生儿出生体重、临床疗效、用药期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组Hb、SF、SI水平较治疗前明显升高,且实验组升高程度显著高于传统组(P〈0.05)。实验组的剖宫产、产后出血、新生儿窘迫发生率明显低于传统组(P〈0.05)。实验组的肌张力、脉搏、呼吸、外貌肤色、弹足底和导管插鼻反应评分及出生体重均明显高于传统组(P〈0.05)。实验组的总有效率显著高于传统组(P〈0.05)。实验组的总不良反应发生率显著低于传统组(P〈0.05)。结论对妊娠贫血,多糖铁联合维生素A、B2、叶酸治疗是一个高效、安全的方法,能有效改善患者的妊娠结局及新生儿结局。 Objective To investigate the curative effect ofpolyferose combined with vitamin A, B2, and folic acid in the treatment of pregnant anemia and its effect on neonatal outcomes. Methods 106 pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia were collected, and were divided into experimental group and traditional group by drawing lots, 53 cases in each group. The patients in the traditional group were treated with compound ferrous sulfate and folic acid tablets, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with polyferose, vitamin A, 132, and folic acid. The levels of hemoglobin (Hb), ferritin (SF), iron (SI) before and after treatment, and neonatal outcomes, neonatal 1 min Apgar score, birth weight, clinical efficacy, adverse reactions during treatment were observed between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of Hb, SF, and SI in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the increased degree in the experimenta/group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group (P〈0.05), The incidences of cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, and neonatal distress in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the traditional group (P〈0.05), The scores of muscle tension, pulse, respiration, skin color, foot and nose insertion reaction, and birth weight in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group (P〈0.05). The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group (P〈0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the traditional group (P〈0.05). Conclusion For pregnant anemia, polyferose combined with vitamin A, B2, and folic acid is a kind of effective and safe method, which can effectively improve the pregnancy outcomes and neonatal outcomes.
