尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗塞的护理观察

Nursing observation of intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗塞相应的护理措施及治疗效果。方法回顾分析在本院用尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗塞患者的临床及护理资料。结果23例治愈，7例显效，1例有效，1例病情恶化再梗塞。结论尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗塞过程中，加强药物不良反应的观察和及时实施相应的护理措施，有助于患者顺利完成治疗，治疗总有效率高。

Objective To investigate corresponding nursing measures and effect of intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Method The clinical and nursing data of patients with acute cerebral infarction treated by intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Result 23 patients were cured, 7 patients felt better, 1 patient was effective, 1 patient＇s condition worsened and relapsed. Conclusion In the process of intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, observation on adverse drug reactions and timely implementation of corresponding nursing measures are helpful to complete the treatment for patients, with high total effective rate.
