实业家孙麟方研究

A Study on David Ling-Fang Sung

孙麟方是一位著名的实业家,抗战时期在中国内地创办了中国企业公司,经营过建国银行;1948年到香港后,于20世纪50年代创办了香港面粉厂;60年代,又到马来西亚创办了马来亚面粉厂与太平纺织厂。这些企业规模宏大,在业界影响也较大。孙麟方的一生,对国家、对社会都有很大贡献;对提高华人在马来西亚的影响力也有积极作用。

David Ling-Fang Sung was a famous industrialist. During Anti-Japanese War, he established Chinese Enterprise; Company and operated National Reconstruction Bank Ltd in mainland of China. He went to Hong Kong in 1948 and founded Hong Kong Flour Mills Ltd in the 1950s. In the 1960s, he set up Malayan Flour Mills Ltd and Taiping Textile Factory in Malaysia. These large-scale enterprises were influential in the industry. In his lifetime, he had made great contributions to the country and society, and had a positive impact on improving the influence of Chinese in Malaysia.
