输变电工程压缩工期增加成本分析

Analysis of increasing cost of the compressed construction period in the transmission and transformation engineering project

在施工过程中,施工工期和工程成本相互影响,在一定范围内压缩工期将增加工程成本。此文将施工质量因素定为不变量,通过图形研究出在施工工期与工程总成本的关系,并分析出什么情况下压缩工期增加成本。最后提出了如何在解决压缩工期同时,控制工程成本增加的五种措施。

During the construction process, the construction period and the project cost influence each other, and the construction cost will be increased by compressing the construction period within a certain range. In this paper, the construction quality factors are determined as invariants, and the relationship between the construction period and the total cost of the project is studied by graphics, and the compression time and cost are also analyzed under what circumstances. Finally, it puts forward five measures to control the increase of project cost at the same time of solving the compression schedule.
