橘红痰咳液治疗感冒后咳嗽疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Juhong Tanke Liquid in Treating Cough after Cold

目的:观察橘红痰咳液治疗感冒后咳嗽(寒咳)的有效性和安全性并探索其用药剂量。方法:选取符合感冒后咳嗽标准的病例共240例,按照治疗方法分为低剂量组和高剂量组各120例。结果:咳嗽症状改善总有效率:低剂量组夜间咳嗽和日间咳嗽的总有效率分别为87.29%和88.98%;高剂量组夜间咳嗽和日间咳嗽的总有效率分别为93.22%和94.92%。咯痰症状改善总有效率:低剂量组痰量总有效率为89.09%,痰的性状总有效率为89.09%,咯痰难度总有效率为91.96%;高剂量组痰量总有效率为94.44%,痰的性状总有效率为91.67%,咯痰难度总有效率为94.44%。两组均无严重不良事件发生。结论:不同剂量的橘红痰咳液治疗感冒后咳嗽(寒咳)的疗效均较好,高剂量组在保证高疗效的同时也具有较高的安全性,低剂量组则兼具了疗效与安全性,可为橘红痰咳液儿童剂型的开发提供了安全性和疗效性数据支持。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy and safety of Juhong Tanke Liquid in the treatment of cough after cold（ cold cough） and explore its dosage. Methods： A total of 240 patients who met the criteria of cough after cold were selected. According to the treatment,120 patients were divided into low and high dose groups. Results： The total effective rate of cough symptom improvement： in low dose group,the total effective rate of cough at night and the total effective rate of daytime cough were respectively as87. 29% and 88. 98%. In high dose group,the total effective rate of cough at night and the total effective rate of daytime cough were respectively as 93. 22% and 94. 92%. The total effective rate of improvement in expectoration symptoms： in low dose group,the total effective rate of sputum volume was 89. 09% and the total effective rate of sputum traits was 89. 09%. The total effective rate of sputum difficulty was 91. 96%. In high dose group,the total effective rate of sputum volume was 94. 44% and the total effective rate of sputum traits was 91. 67%. The total effective rate of sputum difficulty was 94. 44%. No serious adverse events occurred in both groups. Conclusion： The effect of different doses of Juhong Tanke Liquid in treating cold cough effect is better,and high dose group in ensuring high efficacy at the same time also has high security. The low-dose Juhong Tanke liquid balances efficacy and safety and provides security and efficacy data support for the development of children＇s dosage form.
