中医辨证分型结合割治法在变应性鼻炎中的应用研究

Study of TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Cutting Method for Allergic Rhinitis

目的:研究中医辨证分型结合割治法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法:连续选择60例变应性鼻炎首次治疗患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组采用割治法,观察组结合中医辨证分型(肺气虚寒、脾气虚弱、肾阳不足和肺经蕴热型),分别应用温肺止流丹加减、补中益气汤加减、肾气丸加减和辛夷清肺饮加减。疗程为1个月,对比治疗效果。结果:两组的症状和体征评分均逐渐降低,且观察组比对照组改善更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月,观察组的总有效率显著提高,复发率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的血清IL-4、IFN-γ和CRP水平均逐渐降低,且观察组比对照组改善更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证分型结合割治法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果确切。

Objective： To study the effects of TCM syndrome differentiation and cutting method for allergic rhinitis. Methods： A total of 60 consecutives were randomly divided into control and observation groups and each 30 cases. The patients in control group received cutting method and those in observation group adopted TCM syndrome differentiation and cutting method. They were given Wenfei Zhiliu Dan,Buzhong Yiqi Decotion,Shenqi Pill and Xiyi Qingfei Yin for lung Qi deficiency cold,spleen Qi deficiency,kidney Yang deficiency and heat accumulating in lung collaterals. We compared the effect for one month. Results： The symptom scores in the two groups were lower as time extended. What＇s more,the observation group＇s score had more improvement（ P〈0. 05）. The total efficacy rate was higher in observation group and recurrence rate was lower after 6 months follow-up（ P〈0. 05）. The surum levels of IL-4,IFN-γ and CRP in observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM syndrome differentiation and cutting method for allergic rhinitis is effective.
