中药穴位敷贴配合红光照射治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea of Cold-Damp Coagulation Type with Chinese Medicine Acupoint Application and Infrared Irradiation

目的:观察中药穴位敷贴配合红光照射治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:选择符合诊断标准的研究对象100例,随机分为治疗组50例,对照组50例。观察各组治疗前后SF-MPQ评分(简化Mic Gill疼痛量表)变化情况。结果:治疗3个月后,治疗组总有效率为94%,对照组有效率为82%,组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;治疗组在治疗第2个月、第3个月时疗效更加明显,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药穴位敷贴配合红光照射治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经具有较好的临床疗效,值得推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with infrared irradiation treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold-damp coagulation type. Methods： A total of 100 cases who met the diagnostic criteria,according to the random number table,were divided into 50 cases of the treatment group and 50 of the control group. We observed the change of the integral of the score of SF-MPQ（ short-form of Mc Gill pain questionnaire） before and after the treatment in two groups. Results： After the three-month treatment,in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 94%,and in the control group that was 82%,with statistically significant between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The effect in the treatment group was better than the control group＇s. The curative effect of the treatment group was more obvious in the second and the third month than in the first month,better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with infrared irradiation has a good clinical effect on treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold-damp coagulation type,worthy of promoting.
