摘要
目的:对车前子盐炙工艺进行优化。方法:利用正交实验设计L9(34)优化炮制工艺。评价指标选用京尼平苷酸、毛蕊花糖苷。结果:车前子最佳盐炙工艺是取净车前子,炮制温度160~180℃,有爆鸣声,香气溢出时喷洒浓度5%盐水,加其重量40%(m L/100 g)的盐水,炮制7 min,取出,自然放干,放凉。结论:本实验方法更具体、完善、为车前子盐炙工艺的优化奠定了基础。
Objective: To optimize the salt sunburn technology of semen plantaginis. Methods: We optimized the processing technology by orthogonal design L9( 3^4),taking the contents of geniposidic acid and verbascoside as indexes. Results: The best salt processing technology was 100 g emen plantaginis with 40 m L 5% Brine concentration,at 160 ~ 180 ℃ for 7 min. Conclusion:This experiment method is more better and provides the basic for salt sunburn of semen plantaginis.
