摘要
独立学院在我国高等教育普及化的过程中发挥着十分重要的作用,已经成为中国特色高等教育的重要组成部分。教学秘书作为独立学院教学管理的基层执行者,常常面临工作倦怠。本文认为,日常事务繁杂导致精力衰竭、付出收入不均诱发情绪烦躁、晋升空间狭小易于无成就感是导致独立学院教学秘书产生工作倦怠的三个主要原因。针对这些原因,本文从个体和学院的角度提出了三项应对策略:树立正确职业价值观、提高工作效率、平和看待荣辱得失、调节自我情绪、拓展职业发展空间、提高薪酬待遇。
Independent college plays an important role in the process of universalization of higher education in our country, and also becomes an indispensable part in Chinese higher education. Teaching secretary in work of performing college management are faced with increasing job burnout. In this paper, the author analyzes three causes for the job burnout, including massive amount of work, unbalance of work and income, career ceiling. In coping with the burnout, the author put up with three responsive strategies: proper job value with increasing productivity, adjust emotion to treat gains and loss correctly, and expend career ceiling.
