Study on Requirements and Cultivation of Cross-border E-commerce Talents Under Circumstance of “the Belt and Road”

跨境电子商务已经彻底转变了传统的贸易方式,成为我国贸易经济的新增长点。"一带一路"战略的提出,势必加速推进"跨境电商"的迅猛发展,也催生出对于"跨境电商"人才更加巨大的需求。本文着眼于"跨境电商"行业的发展前景,通过分析湖北省"跨境电商"的行业现状和人才培养需求,提出了对应的建议和措施。

The cross-border e-commerce,which became a fresh impetus to the economy,has totally transformed China＇s foreign trade.The＂the Belt and Road＂strategy is bound to accelerate the rapid development of the cross-border e-commerce,and create a huge demand for the cross-border e-commerce talents.Focusing on the prospect of the industry,We makes an analysis of the current status of the cross-border e-commerce and the talents requirements of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in Hubei Province.Moreover,italso offers certain suggestions in order to promote the cultivation of talents.
