摘要
通过调研德国职业教育,从教育体系、行业协会、教学组织、考试组织、培养标准等五个方面分析了德国职业教育是怎样培养"工匠精神",针对我国高职院校软件人才培养的现状,阐述了"工匠精神"培养的必要性,并在制定软件人才培养标准、提升软件企业参与职业教育的主体性、确保人才培养质量、加强以人为本的教育理念等方面,针对性地提出了相关观点。
Firstly,the author analyzes how German vocational education cultivates the "craftsman spirit"through investigating their education system,industry associations,teaching organization,examination evaluation and training standards.Then it tries to illustrate the necessity of"craftsman spirit"training for software talents cultivation in chinese vocational colleges.Finally,some proposals have been recommended accordingly on the aspects of formulating software talents cultivating standards and improving the subjectivity of software enterprises in vocational education.The purpose is to ensure the quality of software talents,and strengthen the people oriented education rationale.
